2014 FASHION SHOW IN SAN FRANCISCO #FFFSF
Fashion Fighting Famine held its first event outside of Orange County in the famed city that gives California it's Golden State nickname - San Francisco. This exclusive event was held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 to a sold-out crowd of over 300 guests who gathered for a fashionably charitable evening from across the Bay Area, with some guests traveling from across the globe. Showcase designers featured United States based brands Simply Zeena, Lady Caftan, Subeena Z, and Glimmer Kaftans. The evening featured a majestic chandelier-lit fashion show, red carpet guest photos against a glimmering sequin backdrop, and a bustling 'Shop for a Cause' bazaar featuring DJ Sajia.
The show was in support of the North American Islamic Shelter for the Abused (NISA), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose primary goal is to reduce the incidents of domestic violence and achieve domestic harmony among families through collaborative efforts with the community and other established organizations.
